No this is not SCORM compliant out of the box. However, if you can work with Flash you could build in the SCORM compatability yourself.

Hi Peter,

Once you publish your Captivate project after inserting the quiz you need to manually copy the XML file to the folder where you published your project. 

Perhaps that is what is wrong.
