    Hi,

    I need urgent assistance.

    I created projects using AC5.5 (trial version), I can’t open them on AC5.0

    I get a message saying “AC could not open “prject name” Ensure that:
    - file is not open
    - file is not damaged
    - pc has enough space
    - system has sufficient resources

    The project icons looks alright, unlike when I only have AC4.0 installed, icons could not be read.

    I need urgent assistance.

      You can’t open Adobe Captivate 5.5 projects in Adobe Captivate 5. Your only options are to either purchase Adobe Captivate 5.5 or recreate the project from scratch in Adobe Captivate 5.

      If you mean capturing an area that is round, then that is unfortunately not possible.
