Naturally I offer full support on the widgets for sale on this site. This is included in the purchase. If you have a problem with one of the widgets that I sell start off by consulting the Knowledge Base to see if you can find an answer to your question. If not, contact me by using the Contact form and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Free widgets:
I offer a limited amount of support on the free widgets here on my site. Post your question or details about the problem in the comment area of the appropriate widget.
General Adobe Captivate support
I get alot of emails every day requesting support or asking questions about general Adobe Captivate questions. While I would like to help each and everyone of you it is simply not possible.
For general Adobe Captivate questions or support I recommend that you make a post in the official Adobe Captivate forums. There are many Captivate experts and skilled users that can help you out there.
